We had such a great experience at Nando’s thanks to Mark. He was extremely helpful and friendly and genuinely went the extra mile for us, which really made the whole visit. First my friends and i, 10 of us, went into Nando’s, immediately they got us a table which was perfect. The food came super fast and was so good (within less than 10 minutes). Unfortunately, someone was invited that we have had an issue before and he ate my friend’s food and left. The Nando’s employees here gave my friend a free meal of the one he ordered and the one the guy who ate my friend’s food order. Many thanks to Daniele and the rest of the Nando’s employees. Will be coming here again

This is one of the most beautiful Nando’s I have ever been. It has got the view of the river and Canary Wharf. The restaurant is very well lit with the windows. The staff is great too, keeps checking in on us. It is super kids friendly, they have got high chairs, colouring and crayons. The food keeps up with the Nando’s standard. They even let us use the toilet when we didn’t eat there. Great place for the community.

We had a wonderful first experience at Nando’s, and we’re so glad we chose the All-in Platter, which was delicious and perfect for two! We especially enjoyed the bottomless soft drinks, unlimited ice cream, and the refreshing mango gelado—such a treat! But what truly made our visit memorable was the amazing service from Daniel. As it was our first time at Nando’s, he kindly explained how to order online and how the restaurant system works. He was incredibly patient, attentive, and welcoming. He even made sure we didn’t miss any sauces and brought them over with a warm smile. Daniel’s friendliness and thoughtfulness really stood out and made us feel comfortable and cared for. We’re so grateful for his help and want to say a big thank you! We'll definitely be back—and hope to see Daniel again!
